Peter Walzer to Speak at 2nd Annual Cutting-Edge Child Custody Symposium

Los Angeles family law attorney Peter M. Walzer and Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael J. Convey are pleased to be speaking at the upcoming 2nd Annual Grund & Leavitt Cutting-Edge Child Custody Symposium. The conference, which focuses on issues relevant to family lawyers across the country, will be held at the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago – Kent College of Law on June 5 and 6th, 2014. Invited to speak by the presenting firm Grund & Leavitt, Mr. Walzer’s and Judge Convey’s topic is ‘California Court Rules on Governing Custody Evaluations – Are They Working?’

On June 6, Mr. Walzer and Judge Convey will give a detailed two hour presentation explaining how the California courts use custody evaluations and other procedures to address custody issues throughout the state, including in Los Angeles County.  In addition, they will also participate in a panel discussion to be held in the afternoon on June 6th.  Panel members include:
